View Residential Lettings is an independent family run letting agency, established by the managing director who has now over ten years experience within the property and letting industry both in the UK and abroad. His experience includes buying on over 20 developments sites, selling  properties to investors and refurbishing/ letting his own property portfolio. This has given him a wealth of experience in off plan and refurbishment properties through his property development company.
View Residential Lettings was set up in 2005 to offer the services to our investors and run side by side with on going development projects. Since then we have expanded our business to offer services to the individual landlord.

We now specialise in block management on numerous developments in and around the northwest along with single residential properties for  landlords. Our location enables us to cover most of the Manchester and some Lancashire areas, as we are based close to the M60, M66 and M61 motorways.The areas we cover for example are places such as Bury; Bolton; Radcliffe; Whitefield; Prestwich; Crumpsall; Middleton; Stockport; Manchester city centre; Swinton; and Burnley.
As members of the RLA we offer a friendly professional service for our clients and investors. Our fees are competitive to local agents. We have a personal interest in the majority of our properties we look after as we have been involved in the projects from the start through the development company.
