View Residential Lettings NW is a specialist letting agency, solely concentrating our efforts on meeting the needs of landlords and tenants alike. With over 15 years experience within the property and lettings industry, we have first hand knowledge of the success and sometimes the pitfalls of being landlords and tenants.

Having been there ourselves our experience spans from purchasing on over 20 developments throughout the UK including London,Sheffield,Isle of Man, Manchester and Portugal.; selling properties to investors; successfully placing tenants in hundreds of properties; to renting and/or being landlords ourselves.

View Residential Lettings NW Ltd was established in 2005 by Karl Brown,who after being involved in refurbishing/renovating,building  and managing  his own properties since 1996.

 Intially Letting and Management services were offered to investors looking to purchase property at on-going developments, since then we have expanded the business to offer full management and tenant only find services to those investors as well as individual landlords.

Due to our background and knowledge, we now specialise in all areas of lettings including block management at numerous developments throughout the North West, along with single residential properties.

Our location, close to the M60, M66 & M61 motorways, enables us to easily reach locations within Greater Manchester and Lancashire. Examples of the areas in which we currently cover include:

As members of the RLA we aim to provide a friendly and professional service for our clients and investors. From start to finish we like to keep our landlords informed of their properties progress and maintenance throughout a tenancy.
