View Residential Lettings NW Ltd treats all interested parties as potential tenants, we will make viewings and appointments convenient to suit your individual needs, treat tenants on a personal but professional basis, and we like to make our tenants feel that they can contact us about any issue or concern they may have at all times.
We are members of the Residential Landlords Association meaning we are up to date on all recent tenant/landlord issues.
Tenants can contact View Residential to arrange appointments at their convenience.
What is required by applicants to move in.
- Employers reference
- 3 months of bank statements
- 3 months of pay slips
- Deposit equivalent to one full months rent
- One months rent paid in advance when moving in.
- Application fee of £75+vat each applicant.
- We carry out credit checks through Endsleigh Insurance.
No additional fees to be paid during tenancy or renewals.
