2. 3 months of bank statements
3. 3 months of pay slips
4. Deposit of full months rent
5. Rent paid in advance when moving in.
6. Application fee of £50 each applicant.
7. We carry out credit check through Endsleigh Insurance.

No fees to be paid during tenancy or renewals.
